Lost Library card

The loss of your Library borrower's card must be reported to the Library immediately. You will be asked to complete an 'Application to review my library status, or to ask for a reduction or waiver of an invoice or overdue points’ form, if you have an items on your record that you never borrowed.

You may be responsible for any items borrowed up until the time the Library has received such a form or report.
