Link to a full text article on Wiley Online

You can create a persistent link to articles within a Wiley Online full text online journal title as long as it is a title that Deakin University has subscribed to. Deakin University has access to all of the online Wiley Online titles. Links can also be made directly to the Journal homepage.

Articles and journal titles could be linked from reading lists, additional readings, or as a reference within the text.

Example: article from Strategic Management Journal

Afuah, Allan (2002), "Mapping technological capabilities into product markets and competitive advantage: the case of cholesterol drugs", Strategic Management Journal, Vol.23, (2), PP. 171-179

  3. You can't link directly to the "Full Text" level of the article, but there is a link to either Text or PDF from the abstract screen. This also allows students a choice of the file type they want to view or download.
  4. A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is shown after the abstract information for the article on this screen. You may need to scroll down to it. The DOI looks something like this:

You can use the DOI to create a persistent link to an Wiley Online Full text article.
  5. Copy and use only the numbers in the DOI, eg. 10.1002/cne.11034
  6. Insert the following text immediately before the DOI:
