Copying, printing and scanning

Your Deakin Card is used for photocopying and printing in the Library.

Add money to your Deakin Card through the Deakin Card reload station. The minimum amount is $5 (notes only).
Visitors and Deakin Alumni may purchase a casual copying card from the Deakin Card reload stations. Casual Cards are available for purchase at reload stations for $5. These cards are pre-loaded with a value of $3 and can be reloaded as required.

Copying - Colour, and Black&White

Photocopying costs:
- 12 cents per A4 black and white
- 50 cents per A4 colour
- 24 cents for A4 black and white double sided
- $1 per A4 colour double sided
- 24 cents per A3 black and white
- $1 per A3 colour
- 48 cents per A3 black and white double sided
- $2 per A3 colour double sided
- 30 cents per microfiche or microfilm
You are able to enlarge and reduce copies

Printing - Black&White

Printing costs:
- 9 cents per page
You may print to any printer on your campus and all printers are clearly labeled with the printer name.

Scanning - Colour, and Black&White

Scanners are available for use at no cost in all campus libraries. You are able to scan coloured images to your Deakin email address for free.
