Campus reserve collections

How do I add books or videos, etc to a Campus Library Reserve Collection ?

1. Pick up and complete a 'Lecturer Information Card' available from a Library Information Desk.

2. Submit the completed card to staff at the Library Inquiry Desk, with the books, videos, etc. to be placed on Reserve, or with a prioritised list of items. (Some campus libraries are able to collect the books for you, depending on the time of year.) Books are processed in order of receipt and priority.

3. If you need to put your personal copy of a book on Reserve, we will order a copy for the Library collection. When the Library copy arrives and is placed on Reserve, your personal copy will be returned. Additional copies of books / videos are ordered for the Library collection, as appropriate.

How do I see what I have on Reserve ?

1. Click on UNIT/RESERVE on the blue bar at the top of the Library catalogue homepage.

2. Search RESERVE by the unit code (or unit name), or, the lecturer's name.

3. You may have to select a campus.

4. You will see a list of print and other physical items, such as videos.

To view other materials associated with your unit (such as Electronic Readings and Lecture Notes), you will need to search ELECTRONIC READINGS and other UNIT RELATED MATERIAL by unit code.
