Finding Reserve (unit material) items

Often lecturers or tutors will provide study materials such as lecture notes or assignment reading lists for background information and to research an assignment. These items are identified as Reserve or Unit Material. Some items will be available for a short term (2 hour) loan from the Loans Desk. Others, such as readings or other articles will be available online.

Finding material related to your unit, such as Readers, Study Guides, Exam papers and Reading List, is possible through the libray's catalogue.

• Go to the library's homepage.
• In the search box labelled, Unit materials, type in your unit number, eg AIA103, and then select Go.
• Selecting one of the headings displayed will take you to various materials recommended by your lecturer/tutor.
