Searching for an eBook (online book).

When you know the title of the book:

• If you know the title of the eBook you are searching for then enter it into the Library's catalogue. The example below shows a catalogue entry for an eBook.

• The link will take you to the online version of the book, as in the example below.

You are able to select the chapter you would like to read, print, etc, according to the permission usage of the eBook.

To search for an eBook on a particular topic:

• Type in the key words that describe the topic into the Library catalogue (ensure you select "Word/Keyword" as you search option).
• If the Library holds items on the topic in the collection, a list will display.

A catalogue entry for the eBook you have selected will be displayed. Select the "Online access available from:" option, as described above. Each publisher of eBooks may have varied slightly, the way in which you access the contents, so scan the online book to discover how you can access the content.

Copyright restrictions apply to eBooks. Slightly different usage permissions may where you are restricted to how much you can print, copy,paste.
