Placing items on Reserve or Short Term Loan

Items that are on prescribed or recommended reading lists may be deemed high use and consequently assigned shorter loan periods.

Loan options:

• Reserve - 2 hour loan
• Short Term Loan -1 day loan or 7 day loan.

Email your Liaison Librarian with a list of books, DVDs etc and provide the following details:

• Type of loan
• Unit code/s
• Trimester and year
• Prescribed or recommended
• Course co-ordinator.

Personal copies

• You may supply a personal copy of a book if the library has no holdings of it
• We will order the item for the library collection and return your copy once our copy is received
• Please ensure you identify your personal copy.

How do I see what I have on Reserve?

• Select unit materials on the library homepage
• Key in your unit code.
