Palaeobiology and global change

Our research uses fossil records to understand and examine key questions about the evolution, development and extinction of our changing planet and its organisms at a given point in time. 

We also research the nature and significance of global marine fossil fauna and the recent human impact on the terrestrial biodiversity of islands.
