Policies and Procedures for Use of Central Pool Vehicles

Central pool vehicles are operated in accordance with all motor vehicle policies and procedures. The Central Pool Booking and Use Procedure is a separate motor vehicle procedure linked to the Motor Vehicles - Operational Policy.

The Supply Manager may prohibit the future use of central pool vehicles to any staff member who fails to adhere to motor vehicle policies procedures and conditions of use.

The Motor Vehicle Accident Procedure and other relevant documentation can be found in the glove box of all central pool vehicles. All staff who drive a University vehicle should familiarise themselves with this document.

Central pool vehicles are operated in accordance with the Conditions of Use - Non Assigned Vehicles. A list of general conditions can be found in the glove box of each central pool vehicle.
