Welcome to Deakin’s new look web site

Deakin's web site has a fresh and contemporary new look after undergoing a redesign to incorporate the University's branding and visual style.

Modifications to the look and feel of Deakin's web site branding model include updated colour schemes and refreshments to styles.

Please note that although the web site looks different, the layout and structure of the site remains unchanged - so information is where it has previously been located.

An improvement delivered as part of the change is that we have brought many of the features previously located in the portal into the Staff and Student sites. As an example,

  • the login to StudentConnect is available on the Students' gateway to Campus landing page under the 'Key resources' heading, and
  • the login to StaffConnect is available under the Key Applications section under the 'Quick links' heading.
All the news previously displayed in the portal will now be available in the Students' gateway to Campus and Staff sites - just follow the 'more news' link at the foot of the 'News' element.

Deakin University acknowledges the traditional land owners of present campus sites.
