Deakin’s Geelong Waterfront Campus is located on the foreshore of Corio Bay in the central business district of Geelong.

Travel by car

Travel from central Melbourne to the campus takes about 1 hour by car (Melway reference 401 H2).

Travel by train

V/Line trains run every hour on the hour from Southern Cross station starting from 9 am. Once you arrive at Geelong railway station, you can walk to the campus or hop on the free Deakin Open Day shuttle bus to make your way to the Geelong Waterfront Campus.

Open Day shuttle bus

On Sunday 21 August 2011 the Deakin University (DU) shuttle bus and the Gordon Institute of TAFE (GIT) shuttle bus will travel continuous loops between the Geelong railway station, Gordon Institute's Geelong Campus, Deakin's Geelong Waterfront Campus, Gordon Institute's East Geelong Campus and Deakin's Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus.
