Your Deakin username and password

Select from the options below to activate or manage your Deakin username and password.

Students

Staff

Attention All Staff

If you change your password from a Deakin workstation, while on campus, you will need to complete the following steps. Failure to do so will result in your computer becoming locked. Should you require assistance please contact the IT Service Desk.

PC users
  1. On your keyboard, simultaneously hold down Ctrl-Alt-Del and select Lock Computer.
  2. On your keyboard, simultaneously hold down Ctrl-Alt-Del, enter your New Password in the password field and click OK.
  3. Change your password on any mobile devices you have connected to Exchange or Outlook.
MAC users
  1. Change your password in the Entourage Account settings:
    • Entourage menu -> Account settings.
    • Double click your account name.
    • Type your new password in the Password field.
    • Click OK to save your new password within Entourage.
  2. Change your password on any mobile devices you have connected to Exchange or Outlook.
