Higher Degree by Research Survey

About the HDR Survey

The Higher Degree by Research Survey is an annual survey of Deakin students who are currently completing a Higher Degree by Research. The survey asks students about satisfaction with their supervision and their satisfaction with the research environment.

Prior to 2009 the annual HDR survey was conducted by the Research Services Division in September each year. In 2009 the Strategic Intelligence and Planning Unit undertook responsibility for the survey and incorporated it into the University’s Survey Evaluation Framework.
