Research interests

Alison co-leads the School Food and Nutrition research group within the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN). Her research specialises in nutrition promotion and focuses on food and nutrition education in schools, food literacy education, the school food environment, teacher professional development, and young adult food behaviours.
