Biography

Dr Mong Shan Ee is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Finance in Deakin Business School. Mong Shan acquired her Bachelor of Management from the University of Sains in Malaysia. Then finished her postgraduate degrees of Master of Arts in Management Science and PhD in Engineering at the University of Tsukuba in Japan. 

Mong Shan works in the areas of financial development, emerging markets finance and corporate finance. Prior to joining Deakin University, she was the senior manager and senior quantitative analyst at Group Risk Division of a banking group in Malaysia. Mong Shan currently teaches corporate finance at the postgraduate level and derivative and fixed income securities at the undergraduate level.
