Biography

Dr Evans is a researcher in Health Psychology, with specialist training from the National Institutes of Health in conducting research on mind-body interventions. Dr Evans leads research into yoga, hypnosis and mindfulness for chronic health conditions characterized by pain and stress. She completed her PhD at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and her post-doctoral work at Brunel University in West London, and the University of California, Los Angeles.
