quality assurance

quality Assurance (QA) or audit, is a process that an organization goes through to monitor its own processes. These may be routine, as when student intakes and results are collected, or reactions to particular circumstances, as when a new course is run for the first time, and feedback on a range of measures is sought from staff and students. In general if the project is undertaken for internal purposes, and is not intended to be published outside of the organization, it will not require ethical review.
