Brief description

This mixed method study examines the relationship between self-perception of wellbeing and lifestyle behaviours of young adults in South-East Queensland. It focuses on building a greater understanding of how young adults think about their wellbeing and how they make sense of their lifestyle behaviours in the light of these personal theories. The study also investigates statistical associations between perceived wellbeing and lifestyle profiles of young adults. To answer research questions the study employs a quantitative survey and a photo-voice as research methods.
