Probes Available
4.0 mm MAS HX probe. Maximum spinning rate 15 kHz. Two channels: X (15N to 31P) and H (1H or 19F). Temperature range: -30 to +70°C.
2.5 mm MAS HX probe. Maximum spinning rate 35 kHz. Two channels: X (15N to 31P) and 1H. Temperature range: -30 to +70°C.
5 mm static probe. Single channel (13 to 123 MHz). Temperature range: -150 to +400°C.
Diff50 pulsed field gradient HX probe for diffusion measurements on solids or liquids. Maximum Z-gradient 2500 G/cm. Wide range of 5 mm coils including 1H/13C, 11B, 19F, 31P and 127I.
