Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowships 2015

Aim

The Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowships were established to support excellence in research undertaken in areas of research strength at Deakin University. The Fellowships are designed to support early career researchers. Applicants must have an outstanding track record relative to opportunity in order to be short-listed. Successful applicants are expected to be based full-time at the University for the duration of the Fellowship and will be supervised by a University staff member. A Deakin University staff member may only supervise one 2015 Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellow but may supervise existing Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellows.

Please note this scheme is open to both internal and external applicants

Funding Amounts

A salary of $75,870 per annum (Level A, Step 6 DU EBA) for 2 years, together with a one-off support grant of up to $10,000.

2. Liaise with your Faculty/ Institute / SRC

3. Submit an expression of interest

4. Commence full application if invited to do so - the full application form and Part D Referee Statement template will be emailed to successful EOI applicants

5. Work with your Supervisor to complete the application, using the DU templates.
