    • 2 bay with multiple ante-chamber

    • Used for battery manufacture in a clean inert environment

    • Fast images in a matter of minutes
    • Automatic alignment
  4. PECVD - Plasma Sputter deposition system

    • Turbomolecular vacuum pump
    • Sample heater
    • Multiple power supply configurations
