- About Deakin
Our Nuclear Magnetic Resonance facility at Deakin University's Waurn Ponds campus is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation including three brand new NMR spectrometers recently installed and funded by an ARC LIEF award. We have capabilities for high-resolution solution-state NMR, multinuclear solid-state NMR, ultra-fast magic angle spinning, micro-imaging and pulsed field gradient experiments. Such a versatile range of equipment combined with the diverse expertise of our staff and our broad variety of collaborative partnerships make this NMR facility one-of-a-kind in Australia.
Below, you will find various links to information about the facility, including the latest facility news, examples of our research, more detailed descriptions of our capabilities and information on how you can apply to use the facility for your own research. I hope you find these pages useful and please do not hesitate to contact our staff if you have any questions about the facility or our research.
