CRADLE is delighted to welcome Associate Professor Margaret Bearman to the team. A/Prof. Bearman joined CRADLE in February 2017 having recently completed her role as Associate Professor, Director of Research in Monash University’s HealthPEER team.

'I’m looking forward to research opportunities in my areas of interest, which you could broadly describe as feedback and assessment in digital, simulation and practice-based environments.'
Over the course of her career in health professional and higher education, A/Prof. Bearman has written more than 70 publications and received over $7.5 million in research and development funding. Her papers have appeared in leading health professional education journals including Academic Medicine, Medical Education and Advances in Health Sciences Education.
A/Prof. Bearman has also been formally recognised for her work as an educator and researcher, including awards from the Australian Office of Teaching and Learning and Simulation Australasia.
