Project News

Seven Deakin School News Network schools are hoping to take part as Australia’s representatives in the 2014 BBC School Report project on March 27th.  BBC School Report involves more than 1000 schools and more than 33,000 students across the UK and internationally who will do online reports for a global ‘News Day’ (Thursday 27th March).  The reports will all be linked together through the BBC website:

Through its contacts with BBC School Report, the Deakin School News Network schools are invited to take part again in 2014. This follows the successful work in 2013 when three schools became the first Australian schools to be involved in School Report: ( )

Good luck to the schools who are taking part - their links are ready to go on our interactive map and they will ‘go live’ linking through to their reporting work on 27th March.
