Melt Polymer Blending Line

This melt blending line is designed for the melt blending of polymers, powders or liquids. It is a twin screw configuration with a twin screw side feeder at 30% distance along the length of the screw. All of the feed hoppers have gravimetric control on feed rate. The unit is capable of compounding small runs down to 200gms or large runs up to 100 kilos.
