Filament Extrusion Line

This is a desktop filament extrusion line for the extrusion of melt polymers. It is capable of being used in mono or multifilament configurations. Cooling is by air over a 2 meter distance from the die to the lower roller. The machine is quite small in its internal volume and facilitates the use of very small production runs. The unit also has stretch drawing equipment to compliment it.
