Staff and Student Support Group

The Student and Staff Support Group will provide professional, quality and timely administrative services to students, academic staff and, in addition to customers external to the Faculty whilst ensuring that the relevance of the services and their implementation is aligned with the Faculty’s strategic objectives. The services provided include admission and selection of students, enrolment/re-enrolment advice, timetabling of activities, processing of assessment/exam submissions, academic progress and discipline matters and determination of student eligibility for graduation. The Student and Staff Support Group will also assist in promotional activities such as Open Day and Orientation Week.
