RoboCup Junior Victoria is also the home of the first ever RoboCup Junior competition. Yes, the first full RoboCup Junior competition of Dance, Sumo(Rescue) and Soccer was held in Melbourne at The Melbourne Exhibition Centre at RoboCup 2000. RoboCup Junior Victoria has been at the forefront of the expansion of RoboCup Junior around Australia and around the world.
