Marita has a varied career having worked for State Government and Local Government as well as non-
government agencies. She has worked for Universities since 2004 and has been at Deakin University
since August 2010. Marita has a Bachelor of Arts (Deakin Univesity)
and a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Policy, and has completed a number of Leadership courses. She is
manages LES's administrative and technical team at the Burwood, Warrnambool and Waurn Ponds
campuses.


Deakin University acknowledges the traditional land owners of present campus sites.
