Eric is chartered builder and quantity surveyor and also holds the following qualifications: Master of
Business Administration and Doctor of Project Management, and professional memberships of CIOB, RICS,
AIQS and HKIS. He has been an active practitioner in the construction industry for over 25 years and has
worked successfully on numerous high profile projects including large-scale residential, commercial and
recreational.
