Professor Hisham Elkadi is Chair of the Academic Board and has been a member of Academic Board since
joining the University in 2009. Professor Elkadi is also the Head of School, Architecture and Building
in the Faculty of Science and Technology. Since his first appointment in the University of Liverpool in
1988, Professor Elkadi has developed a good balance between research, teaching, HDR supervision,
outreach activities, and Management.
  • Professor Elkadi has established a sound research network on both national and international levels in the subject of cultural aspects of the built environment.
