| Dr Hilary Davies joined Deakin University in June 2004, lecturing in the UK at the University of Greenwich and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University prior to this. She has taught construction technology, building materials, defects and maintenance, building performance, environmental science and facilities management. Her research interests include energy conservation in buildings, building and environmental performance, productivity and facilities management. Research interests
