Hieu Trinh obtained BEng (Hons), MEngSc, PhD degrees in Electrical & Electronic Engineering all
from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is currently an Associate Professor. His current
research is in the engineering discipline of Automation & Control Systems. He has published 1
scholarly book, about 75 journal papers and 70 conference papers. His published work, so far,
has received about 600 citations in the ISI Web of Science with an h-index of 15.
