A/Prof Yong Xiang received his PhD degree from The University of Melbourne, Australia. He has
obtained a number of research grants, including four ARC Discovery and Linkage grants from the
Australian Research Council, and published numerous refereed journal and conference papers. He
serves as ARC Assessor, Editor/Guest Editor of four international journals, Reviewer for many
international journals, and Program Co-Chair and TPC Member for international conferences.
