Industry and Partnerships
The Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment recognises the fundamental place of strong industry links and partnerships in maintaining both its domestic and international reputation in research, and teaching and learning.
In our world today, competitiveness and a globalised complex environment is common place. To this end, the faculty works closely with industry as an essential criterion in creating a robust and fulfilling curriculum, as well as increasing and taking advantage of research opportunities.
By doing so, the faculty is able to maintain a climate where students and staff alike develop and maximise their contribution towards achieving a sustainable environment.
The Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment welcomes industry and prospective partners interest for:
- Teaching partnerships and opportunities
- Research opportunities and advice
- Guest lectures and contribution from industry
- Internships and industry-based learning placements
- Graduate employment opportunities
