What is Honours?

Honours is a fourth year of specialised study taken after a three year degree, such as the Bachelor of xxxx degree. The Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment Honours program offers advanced study in your chosen area and training in research techniques.

The Honours program is an eight credit point program. Your research will be individually supervised by an experienced staff member.

The Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment offers the Honours in disciplines including:

  • Biomedical
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Environmental Science
  • Forensic Science
  • Information Technology
  • Mathematics

Honours are available for the following as part of the Undergraduate program:

  • Construction Management
  • Engineering
