Deakin University Partnership and Participation (DUPPP) Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Support Bursaries

Deakin University is offering a limited number of bursaries in 2013 to provide financial assistance to students undertaking a discipline specific work placement as part of their degree.

This program is designed to support students who undertake a discipline specific placement as part of their degree, and in particular, to help reduce financial barriers to gaining discipline specific work experience. Students are required to enrol in a placement unit corresponding to their degree before undertaking the placement. A placement unit refers to industry-based learning, internships, professional practice, clinical practicum, etc.

The DUPPP WIL Support Bursaries are only available to students who plan to undertake a work placement as part of a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Program that is linked to their course and who are experiencing financial difficulty.

Applications are open for 2013. Please refer to http://www.deakin.edu.au/study-at-deakin/study-options-and-pathways/work-experience/2013-duppp-wil-support-bursaries for further information and application form.

Deakin University acknowledges the traditional land owners of present campus sites.
