The first point of contact for all videoconferencing faults, service requests and queries is the IT Service Desk.
There are two types of customer groups who may access the videoconferencing service;
- Students, staff and researchers associated with the University. Videoconferencing is usually free for academic and administrative purposes, with charging required only for after hours support or where outgoing ISDN video calls are required. Charging rates are available on the Videoconferencing for Staff web site.
- Parties who have hired university facilities on a commercial arrangement via Deakin Event Management Services or Deakin Management Centre should contact these areas for fees and charging information.
