The IT Service Desk is the central point of contact for videoconferencing. All requests related to videoconferencing should be directed to the IT Service Desk in the first instance. The IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday 7 am to midnight, and 8 am to 8 pm on weekends, and is supported by experienced technicians who are available from 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Videoconferencing facilities can be made available for events such as conferences which are held at Deakin University. Charging will apply for commercial usage. For more information please contact Deakin Event Management Services.
