Videoconferencing facilities

The following videoconferencing facilities are centrally managed. If you are a Deakin staff member, you will find more information about booking these facilities on the Videoconferencing for Staff web site.

If you are external to Deakin and wish to hire these facilities, please contact Deakin Event Management Services.

If you are trying to connect to one of these rooms, please refer to our information on connecting to a Deakin videoconference, or contact the IT Service Desk for further assistance.

All facilities are equipped with the capability for delivering presentations via video.

Additional Facilities

In addition to the above facilities, many faculties and other areas have their own videoconferencing units that are not centrally managed for the purpose of bookings. If you have interaction with a faculty or other area and wish to videoconference, please contact the faculty or other area directly.

The Deakin Management Centre also has videoconferencing facilities for hire. Please contact the Centre directly for further details.
