The PowerPoint Viewer allows you to open and view documents created with Microsoft PowerPoint even if you don't have the full PowerPoint installation on your computer. It can open PowerPoint presentations created with PowerPoint 2000 for Windows or PowerPoint 98 for Macintosh, or any previous version of PowerPoint on either platform.
Mac users: iWork supplied with many Mac computers , and OpenOffice are able to open, edit and play PowerPoint presentations.
Note: You do not need this utility if you have a full version of PowerPoint installed on your computer.
