The Human Resources Services Division (HRSD) wishes to advise that it's Geelong Waurn Ponds offices and the Staff Training room will be going through refurbishment for a period of approximately 8 weeks, commencing Monday 3 November 2008.
While every effort will be made by HRSD to minimise impact on our service delivery to clients during this time, there may be some disruption. Your understanding during this time will be appreciated.
A large number of HRSD staff will be relocated to the old ANZ bank site during this time, whilst others will remain in the current offices, with restricted access. There will be no reception or mail box accessible at the current offices during the refurbishment period.
Should you wish to see a HRSD staff member during this period, it would be appreciated if you could phone prior and arrange a suitable time. If you have mail, it can be sent via the internal mail, or left at the old ANZ bank site.
As there will be some staff remaining in the current offices, there may be some noise and disruption as a result of the work being undertaken by the builders. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time, particularly during phone calls.
