If you are still experiencing problems after following the iLecture help checklist you will need to contact the ITS Service Desk.
IMPORTANT: To aid helpdesk staff in identifying your problem, please gather the following information:
Your Contact Details:
Recording Details:
- Tell the operator this is an 'iLecture' problem
- Unit Code and Unit Name
- Date and time of recording
- Lecture theatre / room in which the lecture took place
Your Computer System:
- Operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS X)
- Web browser and version (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, FireFox)
- Internet connection type and speed (e.g. dial up 56k / broadband 512k)
Problem Details:
- Description of the problem
- Where are you at the moment ? [ ] Computer Lab [ ] Staff Workstation [ ] Off Campus (home/work)
- Have you listened to lecture recordings from here before ? (Yes/No)
- Which media format(s) are you experiencing problems with ? (e.g. Audio stream - browser - high)
