You must have Quicktime software installed on your computer to access iLecture recordings:

Setting up a VPN session (Virtual Private Network) - prevents 'Server not found' error

If you are experiencing drop outs with a Quicktime streaming setting:
- Try using a quality option which may be more reliable over your network connection.
- Try a 'download' version of the lecture.
To save to your hard drive:
- Right click link Download recording format and follow instructions in Notes section below:
- IMPORTANT: These notes are different for each web browser.
