If you have a question, you are unable to come in and speak with a counsellor or you are looking for additional resource information then you can submit your request/question by email. A member of the counselling team will respond as soon as possible. If the matter is urgent we suggest you ring and speak to a counsellor or contact one of the after hours emergency services listed at ‘Get help in a crisis’.
