Group vaccination and first aid training

Deakin Health Service provides a comprehensive range of health educational programs, training and access to individualised and group based general and travel related vaccinations for staff and students across all campuses.

A policy has recently been developed to simplify and streamline group (faculty and division) bookings for vaccination and first aid training.

Please download, complete and submit the appropriate form as outlined below.
