NOTE: If Payment 1 is not received by 11 January 2013, you forfeit your accommodation place.
Included In The Fees
Accommodation, utilities, activities fee, building maintenance levy, insurance on room contents and telecommunications charge.
Period Of Accommodation
Beginning Friday 22 February, 2013 and concluding 12 Noon on Saturday 26 October, 2013 (unless otherwise specified).
Catering
The studio rooms and shared apartments are self catered.

Notes
1) If paying accommodation fees according to the four (4) instalment dates listed
above, payment must be made prior to the dates listed. Unless prior arrangements
are made with the Residence Manager, any fees outstanding after the dates will
attract a late payment fee of $50, cancellation of your meal plan and sanctions
imposed. Meal plan will be reinstated and sanctions removed once payment
has been made.
2) Unless there are exceptional circumstance surrounding departure, four (4)
weeks notice is required to leave Residence during the period of accommodation.

3) Residents who permanently vacate before the period of accommodation has concluded
will be charged at the casual rate. Refer to the Residences office for further
information.
4) Fees are subject to confirmation.
