NOTE: If Payment for the June Trimester is not received by 25 May 2012, you forfeit your accommodation place.
Included In The Fees
Accommodation, utilities, activities fee, building maintenance levy, insurance on room contents, telecommunications charge.
Period Of Accommodation
Beginning Monday 25 June, 2012 and concluding 12 Noon on Saturday 6 October, 2012 (unless otherwise specified).
Catering
The Studio Rooms and Shared Apartments are self catered.

Notes
1) Full payment must be made prior to 25 May 2012.
2) Unless there are exceptional circumstance surrounding departure, four (4)
weeks notice is required to leave Residence during the period of accommodation.
Refer to your residential handbook for further information.
3) Residents who permanently vacate before the period of accommodation has concluded
will be charged at the casual rate. Refer to the Residences office for further
information.
4) Fees are subject to confirmation.
