Online payment
Deakin University accepts accommodation payments via https://apps.deakin.edu.au/resi-payment/. The following instructions can be used to make payment via our secure website.
New students
Returning students
New students
1. Log onto https://apps.deakin.edu.au/resi-payment/
2. In the “Student Number” field leave blank, as a Deakin Student
ID number is yet to be allocated.
3. At the “Payment Description” field use the drop down box to
select “Residences - Accommodation Fee”.
4. Enter the amount of your payment (which is clearly stated in your offer
letter).
5. Enter the details required; Cardholder name, Card number
and Expiry date, etc. Click on “Process Secure payment”.
6. When the payment has been processed a screen will be displayed to indicate
that it has been successful. Print a copy of this screen as proof of payment and attach it to your
returning
documents. You should also print a copy to retain as your own record.
Returning students
1. Log onto https://apps.deakin.edu.au/resi-payment/
2. Enter all details in Step 1.
3. At the “Payment Description” field use the drop down box to
select “Residences - Accommodation Fee”.
