There are two methods for paying accommodation fees - automatic deduction (direct debit) or payment by instalment
Direct debit is the University's preferred method of payment. Under this method, payments are debited on a fortnightly basis directly from your nominated bank or credit card account. The amount of the fortnightly payment will vary depending on when the direct debit request is processed and how much is owing on your accommodation fees account.

Please note that charges apply if payment is not able to be processed - for example, insufficient funds in your account.
Under this method, payment dates and due amounts are set throughout the year. Providing you have paid the appropriate amount of instalments by the due date, late payment penalties will not be applied.

Accommodation fees for MIBT and exchange/study abroad students must paid in full by the date specified in the Licence Agreement.
